• 1 spring onion, finely sliced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 6-8 olives, sliced
• ½ tsp chilli flakes (adjust to taste)
• 1 tbsp tomato purée
• 150ml passata
• Salt & black pepper (to taste)
